The User may not use or otherwise export or re-export this Website or any part of it, or the Content in violation of the export control laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any unauthorised use of this Website or its Content is prohibited.

The request must specify the specific documents, articles, excerpts or recordings for the use of which authorisation is requested, as well as the purpose and intended period of use of the materials. 4.2 This Website contains Interactive Areas which include, without limitation, any blogs, wikis, message boards, discussion forums, chat rooms, email forums and question and answer functions ("Interactive Areas ") and other interactive features that may be introduced in the future. the User grants to the Provider an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to apply, use, permit the use on its behalf of any ideas, expressions of ideas, text, graphics, messages, blogs, links, data, information and other material that the User submits (the "Posted Material") to this Website. Said licence is granted without restriction of any kind and without any payment by the Provider to you, and without permission or notice, to the User or any third party. 4.3 The User acknowledges and warrants that the Posted Materials:

(i) are original materials of the User, or that the owner of such works expressly grants to the Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to such works, with all rights granted to you under Section 4.2 of these Terms of Use, and

(ii) do not and will not infringe the rights of third parties, including the right of publicity, right of privacy, copyright, patent or other intellectual property right or any proprietary right.

4.4 the User acknowledges and agrees that the User's submission of Posted Material to this Website does not create any new or alter any existing relationship between the User and the Provider.

4.5 By submitting Posted Materials to this Website, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Provider may independently create possible ideas, or obtain materials that may be similar or identical to the Posted Materials that the User submits. the User agrees that you will not be provided with any remedy at law against the Provider for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary or other rights in the Posted Materials that the User submits to the Provider.

4.6 the Provider shall have the exclusive right to purchase from the User and acquire all rights, title and interest in and to any Posted Materials containing Patent Rights Objects that the User posts on this Website. The right may be exercised by the Provider from the date of the User's posting of such materials until the expiry of one year from that date. If the Provider exercises the right pursuant to this Section 4.6, you agree to accept payment in the amount of $1,000.00 USD or the equivalent in kind at the Provider's discretion as full and sufficient consideration for such purchase. the User agrees to sign, acknowledge and deliver all instruments necessary to transfer legal ownership of the posted materials to the Provider. Such instruments include, but are not limited to, assignments and representations made by the User.

5. Links to this Website.

the User may provide links to this Website provided that:

(a) the User will not remove or obscure, by framing effect or otherwise, any part of this Website, including any advertisements, terms of use, copyright notice and other notices on this Website,

(b) the User shall immediately deactivate and cease providing links to this Website at the Provider's request, and

(c) the Provider may deactivate any link(s) at its discretion.

6. Prohibition of unfair solicitation.

the User shall not distribute on or through this Website any Posted Material containing any advertising, promotion, solicitation for the purchase of goods, services or facilities, or encouraging others to become members of any business or organisation without the express written permission of the Provider. The Provider may remove material posted by the User at any time for any reason without the User's authorisation.

9.2 Posted materials must be in the name of the User. The posted materials of the User must be accompanied by a real name and must not be posted anonymously. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if the applicable registration page for the User's participation in any of the Interactive Areas allows for the creation of the Username or nickname, the User may also choose and use an appropriate the Username or nickname that is not a real name, provided that the User uses its real name when registering to interact with the Interactive Areas . Persons interacting with the Interactive Areas must not misrepresent their identity or their affiliation with any person or entity.

9.3 Posted materials must not contain protected medical information. It is prohibited to post materials that are considered protected medical information under UAE law.

However, the Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Interactive Areas , to review the Posted Material, to edit the Posted Material, to prohibit the posting, publication, uploading or distribution of the Posted Material and to remove the Posted Material at any time and for any reason or no reason.

15. Limitation of Liability.

19.1 The User has the right to contact the Provider's support service on issues related to the use of the system no more than 20 times within one calendar month.

19.2 The Provider reserves the right to refuse to respond to a request if, at its discretion, it considers that the response requires legal advice, individual analysis of the situation or goes beyond the scope of providing information contained in the system.

19.3 In doing so, the Provider may, at its discretion, assist in the selection of relevant documents contained in the system on the requested topic.

19.4 The Provider has the right to independently determine whether to provide a response to a specific request or to refuse to respond without giving reasons.

20. Limits on the number of downloads and automatic blocking

20.1 The Provider controls the number of downloads of PDF files by the User in order to prevent abuse and to maintain stable operation of the Website for all the Users.

20.2 In case of exceeding the allowed number of downloads of PDF files by the User, the Provider may automatically restrict access to functions, starting with temporary suspension of the possibility of downloading files and up to complete blocking of the account.

the Provider does not guarantee an immediate response or automatic unblocking of the account and reserves the right to maintain the blocking without explanation.

21. Remedies for violations.

The Provider reserves the right to pursue all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, the right to block access from a particular Internet address to this Website and any other the Provider Website and its features.

22. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Any action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought in a court in Dubai and shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. By using this Website, the User hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of litigating any such claim.

If the User does not agree to any of the Terms of Service, access to Real Law Services is not permitted.

These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on this Website, the Privacy Policy and the Provider's Terms of Service and constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of this Website, the Interactive Areas and the Content and Publications. If any provision of these Terms of Use is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, or in conflict with the Terms of Service, such provision shall be deemed to be severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
